We are committed to responding quickly and clearly to proposals. At times we can identify complementary funding sources and work through project challenges.
 

TLI can provide predevelopment, acquisition, construction, bridge, working capital and more. We are able to tailor loan products to the needs of each deal.
 

Loans are underwritten by staff and presented on a monthly basis to the Investment Committee.
